Does the power bank get hot while charging?
A little warmth is normal with wireless charging. A safety chip with overheating protection regulates the temperature automatically, so your device stays protected at all times – for intensive use in summer or while gaming, we also offer our IceCharge with active cooling.
Are the stated 5,000 / 10,000 mAh really accurate?
The mAh value describes the battery cell – due to voltage conversion and wireless transfer, roughly 80-90% actually reaches your phone. This applies to every power bank on the market: The 5,000 mAh version charges your iPhone about once fully, the 10,000 mAh version twice or more.
Does the power bank also work with Samsung, Google or older iPhones?
Yes. iPhones from the 12 onwards charge magnetically straight away, all other Qi-enabled devices via the included magnetic ring – just stick it on and get started.
Does the magnet hold with a phone case too?
Yes, provided your case is MagSafe-compatible. Standard cases block the magnetic force – in that case our magnetic ring sticker or the AdarCharge case will help.
How fast does the power bank charge my phone?
Most devices are fully charged in around an hour – as convenient as at the wall socket. If you're in a hurry, simply use the included USB-C cable.

With very thick cases or models with metal inserts the magnetic force may be a little weaker. For older iPhones, Samsung devices and other smartphones we recommend our AdarCharge case. It noticeably strengthens the magnetic hold and boosts charging efficiency by up to 30%.
