Shipping conditions for A`DAR Tech

Order processing:
1.1 Order confirmation As soon as you place an order on our website, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase. Please check this email to ensure that all information is correct.

B. TRANSIT, HANDLING AND ORDER TIME
The processing time for the order is 1 – 3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Shipments are in transit for 1 – 4 days (Monday to Friday).
Order cut-off is 12:00 AM (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Berlin).
C. Delivery conditions
We use USPS/DHL to deliver the product.
D. ADDRESS CHANGE
We can no longer change the delivery address during transit. If you need to change the delivery location of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@a-dar.com
E. TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, your order will be provided with a tracking number that you can use to track it until it is delivered to you.
F. Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order is shipped. If an order has already been shipped, please refer to our refund policy.
G. Packages damaged during transit
If you find that a package is damaged during transit, please refuse the package from the courier if possible and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered without your presence, please contact customer service for the next steps.
